BROOKLYN, & QUEENS Top Ten Apartments of the Month-Location & Modernization
To save clients hours, days, and weeks looking for an apartment, I have broken it down by area, and modernization to make apartment hunting much easier.
I go a step further by only advertising apartments in buildings that are clean and hallways that have no clutter, like bicycles, strollers, and skate boards.
When you see an ad by me, the apartment must be in pristine condition.
Examples, parquet floors, new kitchens, appliances, French doors, box rooms, and located near transportation to make your commute easier.
Locations: Specifically Middle Village, Ridgewood, Glendale, Maspeth, Rego Park, Forest Hills, Williamsburg and Greenpoint, New York.
To make this special list, apartments must meet my criteria from location, to modernization, interior clean building, and equally important is landlords realistic expectations along with a pleasant personality.
Right now only two apartments at this current time meet my standards.
